1.What shipping carriers do you use?
We offer free shipping via International logistics no matter where you are and how many you buy.
It takes about 7- 15days to arrive your countrys.
2.What is the delivery method?

3.How will I know the status of my exchange?
EVBEA.com will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed into "Shipped" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.
4.How do I make the return?

We offer a 30 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 30 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.

2.How will the product be packaged?
The merchandises are delivered in special and well protected box provided by International logistics.If you want to know about transportation information, please contact our online customer service, and we will provide you with an address to check the logistics status.
3.What materials are used to make the men necklace?
The EVBEA uses high-purity pewter material, produced in Malaysia and Yunnan, China, with a tin(Sn) content of up to 96% -99.9%.Lead free,Nickel free, Cadmium free, pewter is the fourth precious metal after platinum, gold, and silver.
